What are the SYMPTOMS of Plantar Fasciitis?
There can be several symptoms experienced prior to be diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis. 


  • Pain on the bottom of the heel, or nearby.

What Causes Plantar Pain?
From prolonged standing to excess weight, several factors can contribute to plantar fasciitis. Even pregnancy and rheumatoid arthritis can cause plantar pain and flare-ups. 

Other common causes include:
